Cynthya provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to companies in the healthcare and industrials sectors. She has advised publicly traded corporations, leading private equity groups and private companies. Her transaction experience includes cross-border transactions with companies and stakeholders from Canada, China, Germany, Japan, Taiwan and the U.K.
Cynthya helps niche mid-market leaders leverage opportunities from larger companies, as well as private equity firms looking for unique technologies and capabilities to advance their platforms. Cynthya’s sub-sector experience includes precision manufacturing, medical device outsourcing, research tools, lab products and interconnects.
Cynthya has spent her entire career at Lincoln, joining the firm after completing her Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting (with honors) from the University of Illinois. While at the University of Illinois, Cynthya was a member of the Division 1 tennis team. She speaks English and French.
