Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Leavitt Partners, working closely with its shareholders and management throughout the partnership process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
