Harren Equity Partners has sold Woven Electronics to TSI
Woven Electronics Corporation (Woven), a portfolio company of Harren Equity Partners (Harren) has merged with Thermal Solutions, Inc. (TSI), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (Arlington). Lincoln International, a leading middle market investment bank headquartered in Chicago, initiated the transaction, assisted in the negotiations, and served as the financial advisor to Woven.
Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, Woven is a leading supplier of proprietary, highly-engineered electronic interconnect solutions to a diverse set of blue-chip customers in the defense, aerospace, homeland security and commercial sectors. Lincoln International identified TSI as a strong potential acquirer, given its expertise in producing highly engineered electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies and housings for leading defense and aerospace platforms.
Woven Electronics Corporation designs and manufactures proprietary, highly-engineered electronic interconnect solutions for a diverse set of blue-chip customers in the defense, aerospace, homeland security and commercial sectors. Woven’s innovative engineered product solutions leverage a broad portfolio of manufacturing techniques to create complete interconnect solutions that typically include cables or harness assemblies and unique engineered components. Woven’s manufacturing operations are located in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
TSI is a leading manufacturer of custom engineered thermal management and electronics component and systems solutions predominantly to defense and aerospace customers. TSI uses its proprietary thermal management database to perform sophisticated thermal design and analysis based on heat loads, fluid characteristics, flow rates, allowable pressure drop, mechanical considerations and other parameters. TSI is located in Hampton, New Hampshire.
