Harren Equity Partners has sold Woven Electronics to TSI
Woven Electronics Corporation (Woven), a portfolio company of Harren Equity Partners (Harren) has merged with Thermal Solutions, Inc. (TSI), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (Arlington). Lincoln International, a leading middle market investment bank headquartered in Chicago, initiated the transaction, assisted in the negotiations, and served as the financial advisor to Woven.
Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, Woven is a leading supplier of proprietary, highly-engineered electronic interconnect solutions to a diverse set of blue-chip customers in the defense, aerospace, homeland security and commercial sectors. Lincoln International identified TSI as a strong potential acquirer, given its expertise in producing highly engineered electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies and housings for leading defense and aerospace platforms.
