The Transaction: Fidelity International has completed its divestment of its Strategic Ventures platform to 7Ridge, a European FinTech investor. The transaction represents a sale of a portfolio of venture capital and growth investments in FinTech businesses across wealth, retirement, asset management and capital markets.
Alongside the divestment of the portfolio, 7Ridge will also be joined the senior investment team of FISV, who will continue to manage the underlying portfolio. 7Ridge was backed by Pantheon as lead investor and Coller Capital as junior lead investor.
