Green Fiber International, Inc. has been sold to Indorama Ventures Holdings LP
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Green Fiber International, working closely with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This role included providing M&A and industry expertise, as well as managing the negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
