Cerea Partners has sold its investment in In Store Display to management and Indigo Capital
In Store Display
In Store Display (ISD) provides permanent point-of-sale (POS) advertising solutions for mass retail, both food and non-food retailers and fast-moving consumer goods inspired by a single objective: enhance the attractiveness of brands / POS by creating a distinctive shopper experience and simplifying purchasing. Established more than 55 years ago during the rise of the mass retail sector, ISD has successfully managed to become a European leader in the POS advertising market, relying on the development of a unique and global product offering, strong management team and values, successful external growth operations and internationalization strategy.
Lincoln International led a highly competitive and swift process with a select group of financial sponsors, able to meet the objectives of ISD’s shareholders and management’s ambitions for the company, resulting in a sale to ISD’s management and Indigo Capital, a flexible provider of financing solutions to support entrepreneurs and management teams. Under the leadership of Eve Stockel and with the support of its new shareholders, ISD will continue its ambitious growth strategy towards becoming a consolidation platform in the POS advertising market.
Cyril d’Assigny, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Consumer Group, commented, “We are particularly pleased to have advised ISD’s shareholders and management in this transaction. This client-oriented team and its strong core values have convinced Indigo Capital and are obviously key assets to reinforce ISD’s leadership in the coming years.”
