The Deal
Lincoln International served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to the Berlac Group. Following a highly targeted and competitive process with strategic buyers, the company has been sold to Sioen Industries, a leader in technical textiles, coloring solutions and protective clothing. Sioen Industries sees synergistic potential with their existing textile and coloring business and is committed to supporting the long-term growth strategy and success of ISL-Chemie.
