Tom provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to leading private equity, founder-owned and publicly held healthcare companies across a variety of sectors, including healthcare services, life sciences and technology, among others.

Leveraging his industry expertise, Tom collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique objectives, enabling him to effectively position their businesses and achieve positive results that benefit all stakeholders. He has nearly a decade of experience helping mission-driven healthcare businesses access the capital they need to grow, strengthen their operations and ultimately expand access to higher-quality care.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tom worked in strategy & transaction advisory services at Grant Thornton. Earlier in his career, he held a finance business consulting role at KPMG.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
