Sean provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to founder-led and PE-backed clients across the healthcare services and healthcare technology sectors.

Sean leverages nearly a decade of experience to work side-by-side with founders and operators, advising clients on strategic sales, recapitalizations and growth-driven exits. He specializes in advising the healthcare services and healthcare IT sub-sectors, helping clients scale impact, unlock value and achieve transformational outcomes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sean worked as a senior consultant in KPMG’s deal advisory and strategy practice. Earlier in his career, he worked at EY.

Sean earned a Master of Accountancy & Professional Consultancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Villanova University.
