Preet Singh

Preet advises industrial businesses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and in raising growth capital. He supports family-owned businesses, helping them to find strategic partners for continued growth and providing an exit for shareholders.

Preet has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience, executing both sell-side and buy-side M&A and capital-raising transactions. He has extensive experience working with Indian and global clients across the industrials spectrum, with enhanced expertise in the chemicals sector. Preet has garnered deep sector knowledge and relationships, having worked with marquee names from the industry and private equity houses.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Preet worked at Avendus Capital where he ran the industrials and chemicals business. Formerly, he worked with KPMG Corporate Finance, leading their automotive practice.

Preet has a Master of Business Administration from Panjab University.
