As Co-Head of Lincoln’s Industrials Group in Europe, Ulrich provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to pan-European private equity and corporate clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in M&A and focuses on transactions within the advanced manufacturing and packaging subsectors.

Ulrich works with a variety of clients across the industrials space, including numerous renowned private equity clients, due to his longstanding track record in the sector. He combines deep industry knowledge with a profound understanding of the needs of our private equity clients.

Before joining Lincoln’s Industrials Group, Ulrich established and strengthened the firm’s relationships with financial sponsors and private equity groups in Europe with a special emphasis on Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He supported clients in building their businesses by providing new investment opportunities or assisting in selling or refinancing existing portfolio companies.

Ulrich started his professional career at Lincoln International. During his tenure, he worked in the firm’s Chicago office,built financial sponsors coverage in the German-speaking region and helped establish and integrate the European Financial Sponsors Group.

Ulrich earned a Master in Business Administration with honors from IE Business School in Madrid and a business degree in banking and finance with honors from the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna.
