The Deal
Lincoln International is pleased to announce that it has advised Masco Corporation (Masco) on the sale of its subsidiary, Bristan, to FM Mattsson Group (FM Mattsson). Under Masco’s ownership, Bristan has established itself as the UK’s leading supplier of taps and showers. As part of FM Mattsson, Bristan will complement Aqualla, the group’s existing UK and Ireland business, to create a broader platform in one of Europe’s largest markets.
