Don provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services as a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Healthcare Group. He leverages nearly 20 years of experience to advise private equity-backed businesses, private equity sponsors, corporates and owner / operator-led businesses.
As an advisor, Don focuses on executing both sell- and buy-side M&A transactions within the pharmaceutical services and outsourcing sector. He has experience advising across the entire drug development continuum.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Don was a Managing Director in Raymond James’ healthcare investment banking group. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Leerink Partners, Lazard and Aon Benfield Securities.
Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
