UX-Republic has been sold to Smile Group, a portfolio company of Keensight Capital and Eurazeo PME
Founded in 2013, UX-Republic is the French expert in the creation of user-centric digital experiences. The company advises and supports its clients from the analysis of their situation to the prototyping and testing of functional and creative concepts.
Smile and UX-Republic are combining their expertise and know-how in terms of technologies and uses to continue to innovate and better meet the needs of their customers. The project also plans to conquer new markets based on UX-Republic’s expertise, leveraging Smile’s European presence.
The integration of UX-Republic is part of Smile’s open arrow strategic plan, which notably aims to develop the group’s consulting offering. In addition, UX-Republic will benefit from Smile’s continuous international development, where the group intends to pursue expansion with the support of its shareholders.
