The Riverside Company has sold Wildlife International, Ltd. to Odyssey Investment Partners’ Evans Analytical Group, Inc.
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Wildlife International, Ltd. (“Wildlife”) has been sold to Evans Analytical Group, Inc. (“EAG”), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. Wildlife was a portfolio company of The Riverside Company (“Riverside”).
Founded in 1976 and based in Easton, Maryland, Wildlife is a leading global contract research organization specializing in critical, higher-tier ecotoxicology and environmental fate testing services. Wildlife offers a full suite of laboratory regulatory testing services to assess the impact of agricultural, industrial, pharmaceutical and animal health products on the environment. Wildlife’s clients rely on these services to ensure that all of their existing and prospective products comply with environmental safety regulations.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Wildlife and Riverside, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
