Suntron Corporation has sold Suntron-Iowa to Nortech Systems
Lincoln International acted as financial advisor to Suntron Corporation (NASDAQ: SUNN), (Suntron), a manufacturer of complex products for the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) industry, in the sale of its Midwest operation, Suntron-Iowa, Inc. (Suntron-Iowa). Suntron-Iowa was sold to Nortech Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NSYS), (Nortech), a leading provider of full-service EMS products.
