Suntron Corporation has sold Suntron-Iowa to Nortech Systems
Lincoln International acted as financial advisor to Suntron Corporation (NASDAQ: SUNN), (Suntron), a manufacturer of complex products for the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) industry, in the sale of its Midwest operation, Suntron-Iowa, Inc. (Suntron-Iowa). Suntron-Iowa was sold to Nortech Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NSYS), (Nortech), a leading provider of full-service EMS products.

The firm evaluated the strategic rationale for the deal, interacted with Nortech and other potential acquirers coordinated the due diligence process, and assisted with the negotiation of the purchase agreement.
