SiXworks has received a significant investment from Chiltern Capital
Founded in 2018, SiXworks is a rapidly growing designer and implementer of specialist and complex information technology (IT) solutions for highly secure critical risk environments within the public sector. Being at the forefront of the technological market, SiXworks delivers truly cutting edge, innovative solutions and has been a long-standing, trusted adviser to its clients.
Working closely with the management team, Lincoln International took a hands-on approach from preparing the company for an investment, to handling the day-to-day execution of the process, while ensuring that any key commercial outcomes were successfully negotiated.
Anant Kapoor, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group, commented, “We are pleased to have supported Steve Rawsthorn and his team on this transaction. SiXworks is well-placed to capture a growing addressable market, which continues to experience significant tailwinds given public sector funding priorities. With Chiltern Capital’s investment and partnership, we look forward to seeing the company carry out the next stage of its ambitious growth plan.”
I'd like to thank the Lincoln team in guiding us through this process with their expertise and continued support that led to the successful completion of this key investment for SiXworks.
