RJD Partners has sold European Boating Holidays to FSI Régions
Lincoln International (“Lincoln ”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced the sale of European Boating Holidays (“EBH”), the largest independent operator of inland waterway boating holidays in Europe, to a management buy-in backed by FSI Régions and AMS Industries. EBH was a portfolio company of RJD Partners.
EBH was established in 2006 through the simultaneous acquisition of Locaboat, the largest independent operator of European inland boating holidays and Cardinal Cruisers, a premier boating holiday operator focused on the German market. EBH now operates a fleet of about 400 boats in six countries including France and Germany.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders and worked closely with RJD Partners and EBH’s senior management team throughout the transaction.
