Lincoln International served as the sole advisor to Seven Hills Capital in support of Reliable Medical’s acquisition of Orbit Medical. Lincoln provided industry insights, strategic advice and valuation-based services during the process.
In the sizable and still fragmented complex rehab and home medical equipment provider markets, this acquisition was one of the larger transactions of its type in 2022. Investors are taking a refreshed look at these equipment and product segments, serving medically complex and long-term and chronically afflicted individuals and patients.
Reliable Medical provides complex rehab technology, clinical respiratory products and home medical equipment / supplies across multiples states. Reliable serves both pediatric and adult patients with conditions such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, among other complex and chronic conditions.
