Alex Ring, Managing Director and Co-head of Lincoln’s U.S. Financial Institutions Group, commented, “It was a great experience working with the Questx, WILsquare, Nation Safe Drivers (NSD) and BDT Capital Partners teams to bring together two leading platforms in the outsourced emergency roadside assistance industry. We look forward to seeing the combined business continue to grow while enhancing the service experience for clients, policyholders and service providers alike through the complementary resources of the combined organization. Insurance carriers, vehicle service contract providers and other companies offering customers roadside assistance, towing and related insurance services rely on providers like Questx and NSD to fulfill critical policyholder needs 24 / 7 / 365, making this combination a great outcome for all constituents in the value chain.”
