Plews & Edelmann has sold its retail segment to Highline Aftermarket, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group
Plews Retail is a leading designer and distributor of automotive and industrial tools and accessories, in categories like lubrication, air accessories, air hoses and tire repair. Plews Retail’s comprehensive product portfolio, which includes well-known brands Amflo, Lubrimatic and Tru-Flate, is sold to leading customers across the retail, industrial distribution, automotive aftermarket and e-commerce channels. The company offers attractive value propositions for retailers as well as consumers in both the do-it-yourself and do-it-for-me segments.
