Pioneer Equity Partners has invested in BNI
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, announced today an investment in BNI (Business Network International) by Pioneer Equity Partners, LLC. Lincoln provided strategic advice in connection with the transaction. BNI is the world’s largest professional networking organization with over 175,000 member-businesses worldwide.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive advisor to Pioneer, providing investment advisory services. Proceeds from the financing will be used to fund BNI’s growth and development going forward.
As Pioneer’s exclusive advisor, Lincoln International worked closely with Pioneer’s management team to structure and arrange the financing. Graham Weihmiller, the new CEO of BNI, stated, “Lincoln was an outstanding partner to Pioneer during the BNI investment process.
