The Deal
After successfully transitioning the platform to a subscription-based model, Palisade decided to sell the company to a partner who could help facilitate the company’s next phase of growth. Lincoln worked closely with Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) and Palisade’s management team throughout the process, leveraging deep expertise in the application software sector and relationships with financial sponsors to drive a successful outcome for all parties involved.
