OpenGate Capital has sold Power Partners to Pioneer Transformers
Power Partners, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality power transmission and distribution products. Its offering includes single-phase and three-phase pole-mount transformers, large-format pole-mount transformers and single-phase pad-mount transformers. Headquartered in Athens, Georgia, PPI serves a range of investor-owned utility, public power, industrial and commercial OEMs and international customers in North America.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to PPI, working closely with its shareholders and management throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
