OneSpace has been sold to Ascential plc
OneSpace is a leading digital shelf optimization company based in Swansea, Illinois. The company provides a suite of tools and services to help consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands win a top position on the digital shelf of e-commerce marketplaces by increasing organic search visibility and conversions across multiple online retailers. Underpinned by its Software as a Service model, the company manages product-specific content catalogues, enables the creation of original material and customizes content in order to drive higher sales across multiple products and marketplaces. OneSpace serves, on a subscription basis, over 60 CPG customers in the U.S. market. The company employs 96 staff members, under Stephanie Leffler, who founded the business in 2011 and served as its Chief Executive Officer.

This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence and negotiation phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
