Nedap N.V. and management have sold Nedap France to B & Capital
Founded in 1997, Nedap France is a leading security, identification, and traceability system integrator, providing advanced system engineering services across three key French markets: Security, Retail, and Library. Nedap France, meeting the most stringent standards of security, compliance and quality in the industry, delivers high-end solutions to blue-chip customers running large and complex projects.
“B & Capital convinced us about their ability to support the Company’s growth going forward and manage the transition as an independent company of Nedap N.V. This represents a key step for the company’s development, which was efficiently set up by Lincoln International’s highly appreciated team”, says Cornelis Paijens, CEO of Nedap France.
Guillaume Suizdak, Managing Director at Lincoln International, commented, “Congratulations to Nedap’s management and to B & Capital for this transaction, which evidences the continued stream of corporate spin-offs led by Lincoln International”. This transaction represents the fifth corporate spin-off successfully completed by Lincoln France in 2019.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Nedap, working closely with its management team and its shareholders. Leveraging on its Business Services franchise, Lincoln International provided advisory and industry expertise to manage the transaction process to a successful outcome.
