Nedap N.V. and management have sold Nedap France to B & Capital

This represents a key step for the company’s development, which was efficiently set up by Lincoln International’s highly appreciated team”, says Cornelis Paijens, CEO of Nedap France.
Guillaume Suizdak, Managing Director at Lincoln International, commented, “Congratulations to Nedap’s management and to B & Capital for this transaction, which evidences the continued stream of corporate spin-offs led by Lincoln International”. This transaction represents the fifth corporate spin-off successfully completed by Lincoln France in 2019.
