Mad Engine has secured a controlling investment from Platinum Equity

Mad Engine’s management team invested alongside Platinum Equity in the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company’s leading market position in North America is supported by a highly coveted license portfolio, a diverse and affordable product offering that caters to all genders and sizes, unique and innovative design capabilities, entrenched relationships with blue-chip customers and a well-developed global infrastructure.

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive investment banking representative for Mad Engine, working closely with Mad Engine’s shareholders and management team throughout the process. This included providing advisory expertise, a lender outreach process and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence and negotiation phases of the transaction.
