Livingbridge has sold Fresh Tandartsen to European Dental Group, a portfolio company of Nordic Capital
Fresh Tandartsen
Founded in 2014, Fresh Tandartsen is a leading dental services organization in the Netherlands. The group provides a range of routine and specialist treatments, including implants, orthodontics and endodontics. With 41 practices and seven labs, it is one of the largest dental consolidators in the country.
The Deal
Under a successful partnership with Livingbridge, Fresh Tandartsen has rapidly evolved into one of the leading dental care providers in the Netherlands. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor. Through hands-on involvement, cross-border collaboration involving sector teams and local office execution support, Lincoln supported management through an in-depth diligence phase. With 169 Dutch clinics after integration, the acquisition significantly increases European Dental Group’s (EDG’s) presence in the Netherlands, laying a strong foundation for further growth.
