Founded in 2016, Kubrick addresses the acute global technology skills shortage, enabling companies to implement digital and data transformation. The business is at the forefront of creating a high-quality, diverse workforce and has trained and deployed close to 1,000 graduates into data, artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud engineering roles for approximately 100 blue-chip clients.
The Deal
Bowmark Capital, the mid-market private equity firm, completed an equity investment in Kubrick Group with the objectives to expand the platform beyond the U.K. and to capitalize on the significant global demand for the brightest data talent. Lincoln International acted as debt adviser to recapitalize part of the original investment and raise financing to support the growth strategy.
