The Deal
Lincoln International acted as debt advisor to RedBird Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition financing for Affinia. Lincoln ran a focused financing process and secured committed funding for signing and closing. The facility package was structured to support the acquisition while providing capacity for continued investment in the business. The financing also gives RedBird and Affinia flexibility to pursue further M&A; invest in talent, technology and AI-enabled capabilities; and continue building the platform across the UK.
