Lenzing Plastics, headquartered in Lenzing, Austria, is a global innovation leader in engineered polymer solutions, specializing in high-performance polyolefin products such as laminates, films and tapes for sectors such as construction, packaging and technical applications as well as essential use PTFE products for medical applications. With a broad manufacturing platform and a strong commitment to R&D, the company develops around 1,500 new, customer-specific product innovations annually. In 2024, the company generated revenues of Euro 135m with more than 330 employees.

The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Invest AG and supported all aspects of the sale process, including strategic advice, buyer approach, preparation of marketing materials and deal structuring and negotiation. Lincoln leveraged its deep sector knowledge in the packaging space to compile a compelling equity story as well as select the right set of potential investors.
