The company operates a highly automated production facility and benefits from a skilled local management team with deep industry expertise. Producing around 1 million containers annually in formats ranging from five to 2,000 liters, Thielmann serves a wide international customer base with a reputation for durable, hygienic and reliable container solutions.
The Deal
Lincoln International served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to the shareholders of Thielmann. Following an auction process involving strategic buyers and financial sponsors, the company and its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and France were successfully sold to Irestal, the Spanish stainless steel group. Irestal is committed to supporting the long-term growth strategy and building on an established track record of success.
