The Deal
The transaction includes Bauknecht Softfolio.pps GmbH and Bauknecht Softfolio.sys GmbH, two independently managed companies with a shared history, which are now being brought back together as part of the transaction. The merger will create one of the top business partners for Sage in Germany, offering a comprehensive range of services to Softfolio’s more than 700 active customers.
Lincoln International was appointed by IBEX Wachstumspartner as their exclusive debt advisor to arrange and negotiate a competitive financing package, accommodating both the acquisition of Softfolio as well IBEX’s ambitions to further build out the platform inorganically via buy & build.
