Gryphon Investors has acquired Trinity Consultants from Sentinel
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that Gryphon Investors (“Gryphon”) has completed the acquisition of Trinity Consultants (“Trinity”), the leading provider of air quality compliance and permitting services in the U.S., from Sentinel Capital Partners. Lincoln served as the exclusive financial advisor to Gryphon. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Trinity Consultants offers a full range of air quality permitting and compliance services which help its clients comply with increasingly complex federal, state and local air quality regulations. Trinity also provides complementary environmental services including sustainability and environmental management, EH&S auditing, EH&S information systems, environmental modeling software, and EH&S staffing through its On Demand Environmental business unit. “Gryphon proactively targeted the environmental services sector over the last several years due to its attractive fundamentals. We are especially pleased to partner with such a strong management team in acquiring this market-leading business,” said Alex Earls, Head of Gryphon’s Business Services Group. “Trinity Consultants is poised for continued rapid growth as it gains market share in its existing locations, opens new offices to expand its footprint, and benefits from a renewed focus on add-on acquisitions.”
