Founding shareholders have sold Acture Groep to IK Investment Partners
Headquartered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, Acture Groep is a unique set of innovative businesses providing specialised outsourced services to Dutch corporates and temporary staffing agencies to manage absenteeism due to illness or disability in their workforces. The company unburdens employers from the complex and time-consuming tasks they face complying with social security legislation. Acture Groep offers a full range of services consisting of case management execution and benefit payment processing. In addition, it offers health assessments, administration and reintegration services, independent insurance advice and brokerage. The company’s activities are supported by its proprietary developed software platform “Klout7” which provides significant scalability and unique data analytics capabilities.
The sale of Acture Groep underlines Lincoln International’s extensive global track record in successfully selling tech-enabled Professional and BPO Services businesses, marking its 20th transaction in the past 36 months in this segment.
