EPE Corporation has been sold to Intervala, a portfolio company of Primerock Capital
EPE was founded in 1957 and manufactures high-quality, complex printed circuit board assemblies and integrated electronic and electromechanical systems. EPE is located in Manchester, New Hampshire, and has a tenured history of serving top-tier customers in the defense industry and other high-reliability markets.
The acquisition further enlarges Intervala’s manufacturing capabilities, capacity and resources in the Northeast region of the United States and expands the company’s global customer base.
Jack Calderon, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Technology, Media and Telecom Group, commented, “Lincoln was pleased to have been involved with EPE and the Bell family. They have built an excellent company focused primarily on defense electronics, recruited an experienced management team and invested in state-of-the-art systems and equipment. They will embolden Intervala’s New Hampshire operations.”
Intervala is a full-service manufacturer of complex, high-performance printed circuit board assemblies, electromechanical systems and cable and harness assemblies for global customers in the defense, medical and industrial markets. Intervala’s team draws on decades of experience to bring a fresh approach to problem-solving by combining turnkey manufacturing capabilities, a full suite of engineering expertise, new product introduction, supply chain management and global fulfillment services to deliver smart, innovative solutions. Intervala has manufacturing operations in both the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Greater Boston, Massachusetts, areas.
