Enhanced Healthcare Partners has sold MedTest Holdings to HORIBA

Headquartered in Canton, Michigan, MedTest Holdings is a leading provider of clinical testing solutions and open channel reagents for the chemistry, drugs of abuse and toxicology testing markets. MedTest offers a unique combination of screening instruments, reagent manufacturing, service capabilities and liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry toxicology confirmation products under the MedTest Dx, Pointe Scientific, Clinitox Diagnostix and Medical Laboratory Solutions brands. MedTest will strengthen HORIBA Medical’s laboratory chemistry offering while adding complementary research and development and manufacturing expertise within the in vitro diagnostics market.

Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor for MedTest, working closely with its shareholders and management throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the transaction’s preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
