RailPros is a leading provider of outsourced safety management, design & engineering, inspection, site & program management, utility observation and training solutions to rail operators, utilities, state DOTs and utility services companies working near rail infrastructure. The Deal
Court Square Capital Partners acquired RailPros in 2020. Under Court Square’s ownership, RailPros drove exceptional growth through a combination of customer wins and service offering expansion, supported by attractive infrastructure market dynamics. Court Square and RailPros achieved their growth objectives and partnered with Lincoln International to identify a new partner to support the company’s next phase of growth. RailPros is excited to work with Littlejohn & Co. as it continues building the industry’s leading rail, transportation and utility services platform.
