Spotler specializes in providing AI-powered, omnichannel marketing software solutions to mid-market marketeers in the B2B, eCommerce, Events and Government verticals. Spotler is working at the technological frontier with AI-powered automation tools to improve internal product development and customer experience. Since inception Spotler quickly became one of the leading marketing software platforms on the back of solid organic, and highly accretive acquisitive growth.

The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive debt advisor to CNBB and management to facilitate Spotler’s refinancing. Spotler attracted a new club of lenders to refinance existing debt and provide additional funds to finance acquisitive growth.
