Century Technology Group has merged Data Strategy with Trace3, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital
Lincoln International LLC, a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that it has represented Century Technology Group, Inc. in the combination of its holding, Data Strategy, LLC (“DSI” or the “Company”), with Trace3, LLC, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital. The union creates a nationwide IT solutions provider of Cloud, Data Intelligence, Security, DevOps and Enterprise IT solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, DSI is a leading technology solutions provider that specializes in integrating data center solutions in the mid-market and enterprise business segments. The Company utilizes technology from best-of-breed vendors, including Cisco, Dell EMC, HP, Microsoft and VMWare, to deliver complete solutions across mobility, collaboration, integration, inventory and managed services. DSI is a critical partner for the continuum of clients’ technology infrastructure needs, and by leveraging distinct go-to-market strategies and deep engineering talent, the Company provides solutions that address rapid-response, transactional purchases as well as mission critical, consultative projects.
