Capital For Business has sold Digi-Star to Baird Capital Partners

Lincoln International, a leading global middle market investment bank, has announced that Digi-Star, LLC (“Digi-Star”) has been sold to Baird Capital Partners (“Baird”). Digi-Star was a portfolio company of Capital For Business, Inc. (“Capital For Business”). Based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, and with a sales presence in Europe, Digi-Star is a leading international provider of advanced measuring solutions for optimizing agricultural performance, with a powerful brand name widely recognized within the agricultural equipment industry. Digi-Star is the global market leader in weighing systems, data collection and custom-designed and custom-configured integrated measuring solutions used in mobile agricultural equipment. Its innovative and highly technical products are recognized for their reliable performance in harsh operating environments and are critical in increasing the operational efficiencies of its customers’ agricultural operations.

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Digi-Star and Capital For Business, working closely with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process.
