barth Logistikgruppe, headquartered in Burladingen, Germany, is a leading provider of forwarding, transport logistics (procurement as well as distribution) and warehousing in Southwestern Germany. The family-owned business boasts a successful market presence, spanning more than seven decades. barth Logistikgruppe serves a diversified customer base inter alia comprising leading players from the pharmaceuticals, tyres & automotive, paper & office products and mechanical engineering sectors. barth Logistikgruppe generates annual sales of more than Euro 75 million and employs more than 600 staff across 13 sites in Germany.
BMVirolle is a mid-sized French transportation and logistics service provider owned by the Manches family (majority owner) with more than 900 staff and annual revenues of more than Euro 150 million. BMVirolle intends to further advance its market development in Germany through the combination with barth Logistikgruppe.
