ARK Agency has been sold to OPEN Health, a portfolio company of Amulet Capital Partners

OPEN Health is a multi-disciplinary pharmaceutical communications and market access group. This strategic acquisition will enhance its creative and digital capabilities.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ARK, working closely with the shareholders throughout the process. Lincoln ran a narrow auction with a select number of parties before ultimately awarding OPEN Health a short period of exclusivity. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
