Alisped has been sold to Delmar International
Alisped is a leading Italian provider of asset-light logistics services, managing sophisticated international logistics chains across ocean, air and road. Together with a network of trusted partners including offices and agents, Alisped regularly manages freight forwarding, customs services, logistics, warehousing and a wide range of value-added services across hundreds of routes between key logistics hubs worldwide.
Alisped engaged Lincoln International as exclusive advisor to find a partner that could support its compelling growth potential. Despite the recent complex macroeconomic environment, Lincoln crafted a tailored process, involving a selected number of strategic acquirers. The process resulted in an agreement with Delmar International Inc. for the sale of the company.
Gianluca Banfi, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Milan office, commented, “Alisped is a true value-added freight forwarding company with a strong presence in Italy and in the United States. We remain impressed by Alisped’s successful development and are delighted to have advised the shareholders and management in this milestone transaction.”
Lincoln's dedication, market knowledge and process expertise helped us achieve an exceptional outcome for Alisped. We are excited to see the future success and trajectory of the company.
