The Deal
Alisped engaged Lincoln International as exclusive advisor to find a partner that could support its compelling growth potential. Despite the recent complex macroeconomic environment, Lincoln crafted a tailored process, involving a selected number of strategic acquirers. The process resulted in an agreement with Delmar International Inc. for the sale of the company.
