Details: Lincoln International advised Activa Capital on the acquisition of Armatis and its merger with Laser Contact to create the leading independent French onshore call center company with combined sales of over €200 million and 14 call centers. Activa Capital became the lead majority shareholder of the combined group alongside CM-CIC LBO Partners, Omnes Capital, CDC Entreprises, Ouest Croissance and Multicroissance.
