Max is a Managing Director and co-head of Lincoln’s Financial Institutions Group in the UK. He advises private equity clients as well as private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising across the financial services industry.

Max has over 20 years of corporate finance experience in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on the insurance sector.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Max was a Managing Director at Panmure Gordon in the UK. He previously worked in European financial institutions investment banking for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in London and started his career at Swiss Re in New York, working in the private equity and corporate development divisions.

Max earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from the College of Arts & Sciences.
