LEBC Holdings has agreed to sell Aspira Corporate Solutions to Titan Wealth

Aspira Corporate Solutions

Aspira Corporate Solutions is a financial planning firm specializing in workplace pensions, employee benefits and wealth management for executives and private clients in the UK. Aspira was established in 2003 and was acquired in 2017 by LEBC Holdings. At the time of the transaction, Aspira had grown to provide financial advice via its team of 50 financial and corporate advisors to more than 1,600 corporate entities and over 15,000 individuals with circa £4 billion of assets under advice.

The Deal

LEBC Holdings, a portfolio company of B.P. Marsh & Partners, has agreed to sell 100% of the shares in Aspira to Titan Wealth, a portfolio company of Parthenon Capital Partners. This was a highly complex transaction, with LEBC Holdings having gone through a restructuring process ran in close consultation with the FCA, which resulted in the consolidation of LEBC Group (another operating company of LEBC Holdings) with Aspira, bringing the two businesses together under one brand ahead of the transaction.
