Plasseraud IP serves a diversified client base ranging from large corporates and mid-sized companies to SMEs, research institutions and start-ups.
The Deal
Andera Acto’s investment alongside Plasseraud IP’s partners will support the group in the next phase of development, including continued organic growth, further international expansion and the implementation of a targeted buy-and-build strategy in the fragmented European intellectual property advisory market.
This partnership will also enable Plasseraud IP to further strengthen its premium one-stop-shop offering, continue investing in digital tools and client service capabilities and support the transition to a new generation of partners.
