Scheybeeck has agreed to sell Vos Logistics to Jacky Perrenot, a portfolio company of Siparex, EMZ and private shareholders

Vos Logistics is a Netherlands-based, pan-European provider of transport and logistics services to reputable customers, diversified across various end markets. The company acts as an end-to-end supply chain partner and offers a comprehensive portfolio of logistics solutions, including international transportation of full truck loads, part truck loads, warehousing, distribution and freight management. Vos Logistics utilizes a fleet of more than 1,100 trucks, 4,000+ loading units and more than 275,000 m² of warehouse space. Founded in 1944, Vos Logistics is headquartered in Oss, The Netherlands, with additional locations in France, Germany, Belgium, Poland and Romania. The company employs approximately 2,500 full-time employees.

The Deal

Under Scheybeeck’s ownership, Vos Logistics has evolved into a leading pan-European supply chain partner. The shareholders determined that the time was right to consider a sale to a strategic partner ideally positioned to support Vos Logistics’ continued development.

Lincoln International served as the exclusive advisor to identify a partner and to design and execute a tailored process. This process ultimately led to Jacky Perrenot, one of Europe’s leading transport and logistics companies, emerging as the preferred partner to drive Vos Logistics’ future success. Together, the two groups will create a powerful pan-European organization, combining domestic networks with strengthened international transport capabilities.
