Aeromet International

Aeromet International (Aeromet) is a leading supplier of complex aluminum and magnesium castings to the aerospace and defense industries (A&D). It is headquartered in Worcester, UK, and serves a blue-chip customer base, including leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers. Primarily serving the commercial aerospace market, Aeromet provides a wide range of components and structures for civil airframe, engine, business jet, military aircraft and defense applications.

The Deal

Lincoln International is pleased to announce that it has advised Privet Capital (Privet) on the sale of its portfolio company Aeromet to Pursuit Aerospace, a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group (Greenbriar) and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) . The acquisition expands Pursuit’s existing casting capability set by adding light alloy investment and sand casting alongside Pursuit’s existing super alloy investment casting offerings. Lincoln was mandated given its experience in the aerospace and defense market and global buyer relationships.
